Starters (choose one)

  • Truffled parsnip soup, roasted hazelnuts, crispy parsnip ribbons, rosemary oil and garlic butter toasted sourdough (V)
  • Smoked cheddar and ham hock croquette, burnt apple puree, candy glazed cider apple, toasted almonds and curly endive salad leaf  
  • King prawn vol-au-vent , champagne and lemon fish sauce, crispy capers, dill oil and pea shoot

Mains (choose one)

  • Butternut squash, chickpea and spinach pie served with celeriac puree, vegetable jus, baby carrots and roasted chestnuts (V)
  • Succulent turkey ballotine with onion and sage stuffing, fondant potato, cranberry gel, wine braised chantenay carrots and thyme jus 
  • Honey and herb baked salmon, roasted new potatoes, pea puree, chargrilled leeks and creamy garlic sauce 

Desserts (choose one)

  • Baileys tiramisu trifle 
  • Chef’s special deconstructed carrot cake – carrot cake, cream cheese frosting, ginger and carrot puree, spiced hazelnut crumble, cinnamon ice cream, pineapple caramel syrup 
  • Vegan sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
