Exuding opulence, the walls of The State Dining Room are adorned with previous Earls and Countesses from the past, making this room an exemplary motivational space for your awards evening. Our seasonal menu is expertly designed by the Head Chef to the Knowsley Estate and showcases a host of local ingredients. During the spring and summer months, our menu celebrates crisp, light flavours while our autumn and winter menu plays host to deep, comforting flavours and we promise to make the most out of the best ingredients of the season.
Serving up extensive menus, we guarantee there will be something for everyone. Offering plant-based and vegetarian options as well as a range of meat and seafood dishes, there is something to suit every dietary requirement. And, we won’t stop there. If there is anyone within your party who has any additional dietary needs, we are happy to provide a sample of our allergen information upon request so everyone can enjoy their meal safely.
