A rare and fantastic opportunity has risen to work within the Knowsley team, and we are in search of an experienced, enthusiastic, and ambitious Head Chef who loves food and hospitality and has a desire to deliver excellent food in line with our fabulous reputation.
The Derby family have been renowned for their hospitality for six centuries and we pride ourselves on maintaining this tradition with the highest quality ingredients and food provenance. Our kitchen family are passionate about seasonal, locally produced dishes. As a seal of quality, The Earl and Countess of Derby personally taste and approve every dish before its inclusion on our menus. Here at Knowsley our main concern is respecting food and ensuring that every plate is treated with the same love and respect, whether we are creating a dish for one person or over a hundred.
