As Hamlet returns home from university to attend his father, the King of Denmark’s funeral, he finds himself thrust into a tumultuous situation with the remarriage of his mother to his uncle, who now assumes the throne. The encounter with the ghost of his deceased father sets Hamlet on a path of vengeance, as he learns of his father’s murder at the hands of his uncle. Fueled by grief and existential turmoil, Hamlet grapples with his inner demons, challenging not only those around him but also the very fabric of reality itself.
The gates to the Knowsley Estate will open at 6:00 pm, with the performance commencing promptly at 7:00 pm.
