We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper to join our passionate and talented Housekeeping team.

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: 25 hours per week between 8am – 11pm Monday through Sunday

Salary: £9.06 per hour

Essential Criteria

  • You must be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 11pm, Monday through Sunday.
  • You must have at least 1 year of Housekeeping experience.
  • Comfortable with and around antiques and precious objects, training will be provided.
  • Have your own transport/ability to get to and from Knowsley Hall.
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Hall Operations Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Hall Operations Manager to join and lead our Knowsley Hall team. The Hall Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations including the leadership and management of the kitchen, housekeeping and operational teams, and the overall guest experience. They will provide the single leadership of the stately home working closely with the Earl & Countess of Derby and the Senior Leadership Team on the strategic planning for the events and hospitality business ensuring the preservation of the Grade II* historic building, the efficient operations of the teams & events, and ultimately guest satisfaction. As Hall Operations Manager you will be an ambassador for the Knowsley Brand and do everything within your power to ensure the standards which we expect and for which we are known, are always there or above to delight our guests and ensure a truly memorable experience at Knowsley Hall. By the nature of the building, the size of the team and the centrality of the Hall to the Knowsley Brand, the role is hands on, delivering the personal touch exemplified by Lord & Lady Derby and maintaining the standards they require of their home. It is important that the successful candidate understands, lives, and breathes this.
