Starters (choose one)

• Pan fried pheasant breast, burnt onion puree, red wine jus, honey glazed carrots and roasted chestnuts 
• Thai fishcake, homemade sticky sweet chilli sauce, stir fried vegetables and pickled cucumber 
• Garlic mushroom parcel, roasted parsnip puree, parsley sauce, toasted pine nuts and sautéed spring onion (vegetarian, vegan upon request)

Mains (choose one)

• Beer braised ox cheek, celeriac mash puree, mustard glazed carrot, roasted shallot gravy and crispy kale 
• Wild seabass fillet, roasted red pepper puree, sauteed garlic mushrooms and potatoes, drizzled with fennel oil and watercress 
• Gorgonzola stuffed mediterranean pepper, red pepper coulis, crispy leek and curly endive (vegetarian, vegan upon request)

• Brandy apple cheesecake, white chocolate shell, burnt apple puree and candied nuts 
• Orange bread and butter pudding served with chocolate sorbet and blood orange sauce
