We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Knowsley Hall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a similar unique high-end venue, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Working within a Grade II* historic building and stately home which is home to the Derby Collection, the General Manager will work with the Curator to safeguard the Hall and Collection whilst delivering exceptional hospitality. As an ambassador for the Knowsley Brand you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent outstanding customer service in order to provide our guests with the most memorable experiences.
