Here at Knowsley we have a long held reputation for exceptional dining standards. Our in-house team of Chefs will work with you to plan menus and guide you towards dishes most suitable for your guests. Canapes, extended menus, evening buffets and barbeques - anything is possible and we aim to make your dining experience one to remember.

We strive to use the very freshest of ingredients, often locally sourced and where possible from the Knowsley Estate. Wine from the extensive Knowsley Hall wine cellar selected by Lord Derby will appeal to the connoiseur.

We work with a select group of outside caterers for special dietary requirements. We are delighted to host larger scale Asian and Jewish events and have relationships with some of the best professionals in the business.
