Here at Knowsley we have a long held reputation for exceptional dining standards. Our in-house team of Chefs will work with you to plan menus and guide you towards dishes most suitable for the group.

We strive to use the very freshest of ingredients, often locally sourced and where possible from the Knowsley Estate. Breakfasts and working lunches, buffets and barbeques, high teas and gastronomic feasts the sky is the limit. Wines from Knowsley Hall's cellar chosen by Lord Derby will certainly appeal to the connoisseur.

If you wish to use an outside caterer this is possible - often due to religious or cultural reasons our guests might choose this option. We have a list of preferred partners and will consider others in certain circumstances.
