The Earl & Countess of Derby invite you into their home to experience the gastronomic delights of their executive chef Paul Macnish. This is a unique chance to experience fine dining of the highest quality within an authentic stately home.
For a price of £95 per person you will enjoy a 5 course tasting menu and each course will be accompanied by the perfect wine selected by the Sommelier from wine Merchant Boutinot.

Our Executive Chef Paul Macnish has created this delicious new tasting menu for the 24th February Exquisite Evening. A Sommelier from our wine merchant Boutinot will be serving the perfect complimentary wine to accompany each course.
Freshly baked bread & butter selection
(Seared green tea tuna, wasabi ice-cream, aerated soy)
Coup & Field
(Knowsley wood pigeon, burnt onion sauce, smoked pumpkin, crisp onion rings, celery)
Ham, Egg & Chips
(Cumbrian dried ham, cured yolk, 60c yolk, potato textures, foie gras)
Milk & Cookies
(Buttermilk & ginger sorbet, coriander seed shortbread crumb)
Chicken of the Sea
(Whiting, Jerusalem artichoke consommé, crisp red quinoa, chicken floss, Baeri caviar)
(White chocolate & rose donuts, salted caramel, candy floss, violet sherbet)
Finished with Knowsley’s own blend of tea, coffee & petit fours
