These delicious treats look the part for Christmas. They’re like little snowballs but made from chocolate. They’re not just any truffle, these are white chocolate gin and tonic truffles. They’re absolutely packed with flavour and make a fantastic homemade treat if you don’t want to turn up empty handed this festive season.
- White chocolate 250g
- Cream 60ml
- Gin 30ml
- Tonic water 15ml
- Lime Zest
Mix solid white chocolate with cream, tonic water, gin and lime zest.
Melt using a bain marie. Once melted, transfer to a container and refrigerate until set.
Then use a melon baller to create the right shape.
Finish by balling in the hand and coating with icing sugar.
